Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-14
This policy explains when tickets bought on LiveTix can be cancelled and refunded, and how refunds are handled.
1. When can I request a cancellation and refund?
1.1 Requesting a refund yourself
- For an issued order, you can request a refund from the order details page under My Orders before the session's refund deadline. Unless stated otherwise, the deadline is 72 hours before the show starts. The deadline for a specific session is shown on its event page, and some sessions are non-refundable once sold.
- Refunds are made for the whole order. If any ticket in the order has already been used for entry, the order cannot be refunded.
- Each order can have only one refund request in progress at a time.
- Our support team reviews your request and lets you know the result by email.
1.2 Tickets that cannot be issued after payment
- If your payment succeeds but the tickets you chose cannot be issued — for example because they have just sold out — we automatically refund the full order amount to your original payment method. You do not need to request it.
1.3 Event cancellation, postponement and force majeure
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, we will email you how refunds or ticket retention will be handled, following the arrangements announced by the organiser.
- If the organiser announces a new date and confirms that existing tickets remain valid, you may keep your tickets and attend on the new date.
1.4 Unpaid orders
- You must complete payment within the time limit shown on the checkout page. Orders not paid in time are cancelled automatically, the tickets are released to other fans, and you are not charged anything.
2. Refund amount and timing
- The refund amount is what you actually paid for the order. LiveTix does not charge any refund fee.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, such as the original card or e-wallet. Once we confirm the refund, the time it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider and is usually a few business days.
- Coupons or promo codes used on the order are not returned after a refund.
3. Preventing abuse
- We review every refund request and decide each case on its own merits.
- If we find that someone is abusing refunds, buying tickets in bulk by improper means or reselling tickets, we may reject the related requests, cancel the related orders, and suspend or close the accounts involved. Where the law may have been broken, we will report it to the relevant authorities.
