Every ticket on LiveTix comes straight from the event organiser's official allocation. They are first-hand tickets: we do not resell tickets or mark up prices.
1. Pick a show and a date, then tap "Buy tickets" 2. Choose how many tickets, then a price or zone 3. For real-name sessions, enter the attendee details for each ticket 4. Review your order and pay Tickets are issued as soon as payment succeeds. You can find them in "My Orders".
You choose the price and zone. The exact seat is assigned by the organiser (shown as "Random" on the ticket). Some prices are limited to certain rows, for example "Rows 1–5", and your seat will be within those rows.
When you choose two or more tickets, turn on "You'll be seated together". We pass the request to the organiser, who will try to seat you side by side. Final seating is decided by the organiser, so adjacent seats cannot be guaranteed.
Each session has a limit per order and per account, set by the organiser. The maximum you can buy is shown when you choose the quantity.
For real-name sessions, each ticket must be registered to an attendee with their name and ID number, and the same ID must be shown at entry. Please check the details before ordering. You can save frequent attendees in "My Account" and pick them when you buy.
Popular sessions open a queue about 30 minutes before sales start. When sales open, people are let in to pick tickets in queue order, which keeps the site stable and makes buying fairer. Keep the page open and you will be taken to ticket selection when it is your turn.
Labels after the ticket name describe that price, such as "VIP", "Front" or "Best View". "Restricted View" means part of the stage may be blocked, so please note it before buying. Labels under the price, like "Almost Sold Out" or "Selling Fast", are sales notices.
After you place an order, your tickets are held for a limited time, and the payment page shows a countdown. Please pay before it ends (for offline methods such as bank transfer, upload your payment proof before it ends), or the order is cancelled automatically and the tickets go back on sale.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus local methods such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayNow, GrabPay, FPX and PromptPay depending on the region. Some sessions also accept offline payment such as bank transfer or FPS. The methods available for your currency are shown at checkout.
Choose the offline method at checkout, transfer the amount using the payment details shown, then upload a screenshot of the payment before the deadline. Once we confirm the payment, your tickets are issued and we email you. If we cannot verify it, we will contact you for more details.
A platform service fee is charged on each order based on the ticket price. It is shown clearly on the confirmation page before you pay. The order total on that page is everything you pay, with no hidden charges.
Yes. Switch the currency at the top right of the site and prices are converted at our reference rate. You are charged in the currency you choose, and the amount on the checkout page is the amount charged. Some banks may add a foreign transaction fee.
Enter a promo code at checkout, or choose one of the coupons in your account. Each order can use one promo code or one coupon. You can collect coupons in the Coupon Center. If your order does not meet the conditions (such as a minimum spend), the page tells you why.
When payment succeeds, the order status changes to "Completed", your e-tickets appear in the order, and you receive a confirmation email. If the order still shows "Awaiting payment" after you paid, wait a few minutes and refresh, or contact our online support.
E-tickets are issued as soon as payment succeeds. You can view them in "My Orders" and we also send them to your email. For offline payments, tickets are issued once we confirm the payment.
At the venue, open the e-ticket in "My Orders" and show the QR code to be scanned. The QR code refreshes automatically, so screenshots will not work; please open it on the spot. For real-name sessions, bring the ID you registered with.
Some sessions offer physical tickets by post. You can enter a delivery address when ordering and manage saved addresses in "My Account". Sessions without delivery issue e-tickets only, which are all you need to enter.
If the tickets you chose could not be issued after payment, for example because they sold out, the full amount is refunded automatically to your original payment method. You do not need to apply, and we will email you.
Unless the session says otherwise, you can request a refund in "My Orders" up to 72 hours before the show, with a reason. Some sessions are non-refundable once sold, which is stated on the session page. We review each request and email you the result. If it is declined, the reason is shown on the order page.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Cards and e-wallets usually take 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Orders paid offline, such as by bank transfer, are refunded by transfer.
If the organiser officially cancels the event, we refund affected orders in full and email you. If the event is postponed, rescheduled or moved, tickets usually remain valid and we will tell you the organiser's new arrangements. If you cannot attend the new date, contact support about a refund.
Yes. Unpaid orders are not charged, so you can simply leave them. They are cancelled automatically when the payment time runs out, and the tickets go back on sale. To cancel a paid order, request a refund instead.
