7. Purchases
7.1 Prices: the amount shown on your order is what you pay, including the ticket price and any applicable discount. LiveTix does not charge a service fee. Prices shown in a reference currency are for information only, and you are charged in the order currency. If the payment page offers payment in another currency, the exchange rate is set by the payment provider. Your bank or payment provider may charge its own fees or currency conversion fees.
7.2 Checking your order: before placing an order, please check the event, date, zone, quantity and attendee details. For real-name events, each ticket must be registered to an attendee, who must show an ID matching the registered details at entry.
7.3 Ticket limits: there is a limit on the number of tickets per order and per Account for each session, as shown on the event page.
7.4 Payment time limit: you must complete payment within the time limit shown on the checkout page. Orders not paid in time are cancelled automatically and the tickets are released to other fans.
7.5 Payment methods: you must pay using a payment method supported by LiveTix. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and you authorise us and the payment provider to charge you the order amount. We may refuse, suspend or cancel a transaction if we suspect fraud, money laundering or a breach of sanctions, or if it may pose a risk to us or a third party.
7.6 Ticket issuance: after your payment succeeds, your e-tickets are delivered to your Account, where you can view them under My Orders, and we will also notify you by email. Physical tickets that need to be delivered are sent as described in section 11. If tickets cannot be issued after your payment succeeds, the full order amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method.
7.7 Errors: if a ticket price, seat or other information on LiveTix is clearly wrong, we may correct it, and may cancel affected orders with a full refund.
7.8 Using tickets: tickets may only be used to enter the corresponding event, and entry is subject to the rules of the organiser and venue. The entry QR code refreshes regularly, so please show the live QR code at entry; screenshots or copies may not work.
7.9 Once payment for an order is confirmed, the order cannot be changed or cancelled, except as provided in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Cancellations and refunds
8.1 Except as provided in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once sold. Tickets are considered sold once your payment succeeds.
8.2 You may request a cancellation and refund under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refunds go back to your original payment method, for the amount you actually paid for the order.
8.3 You can contact customer support with questions about cancellations, refunds and other ticket purchase matters.
9. Event cancellation, postponement and other changes
9.1 If an event is cancelled or postponed, we will notify you of the arrangements announced by the organiser and handle refunds under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If the organiser confirms that existing tickets remain valid for a new date, you may choose to keep your tickets.
9.2 Changes to part of the programme, the performers, the venue arrangements or the timing of an event are not a cancellation and are not eligible for a refund, unless the organiser arranges otherwise or the law requires it.
10. Notices
10.1 You agree to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and through notices on the Service. Agreements, terms, notices and other communications we provide electronically have the same effect as if in writing.
10.2 Notices we send using the contact details you provided are considered validly delivered. Please make sure your contact details are accurate and up to date.
11. Delivery
11.1 Where an event offers physical tickets, we send them to the address you chose for the order.
11.2 Delivery is handled by a third-party courier. Please make sure the delivery details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by inaccurate details you provided or because you could not receive the tickets.
12. Force majeure
12.1 "Force majeure" means any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, riots, terrorism, fire, flood, strikes, severe weather, and government actions or regulations. We are not responsible for failing to perform any obligation under these Terms because of force majeure.
13. Intellectual property
13.1 All trademarks, names, logos, content and other intellectual property of LiveTix and the Service belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Using or accessing the Service does not grant you any of those rights.
14. Third-party websites and services
14.1 The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as payment pages and maps). These are not owned or controlled by us, and their use is governed by the third parties' own terms.
15. Disclaimer
15.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is". Except as expressly promised in these Terms and our Policies, we make no other express or implied warranties about the Service. This section does not affect your rights under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
15.2 We take reasonable measures to keep the Service secure and stable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If a planned interruption is needed, we will give advance notice where reasonably practicable.
16. Limitation of liability
16.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit or goodwill.
16.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order.
16.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of such liability. If those laws apply to you, the limits above may not apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
17. Indemnity
17.1 You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) we incur because you breached these Terms, our Policies or applicable law, or because you provided inaccurate, incomplete or someone else's information (including by impersonating others).
17.2 This section continues to apply after your Account or these Terms end.
18. Termination
18.1 You may delete your Account at any time on the My Account page to stop using the Service. Deleting your Account does not affect orders you have already placed, and related records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
18.2 If you breach these Terms or our Policies, we may suspend or end your use of the Service, and for serious breaches we may do so immediately without further notice.
19. Governing law and disputes
19.1 These Terms are governed by and interpreted under [Governing law]. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved by [Dispute resolution method and venue].
19.2 This section does not affect any consumer rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be excluded by contract.
20. General
20.1 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
20.2 Our failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms does not waive that right.
20.3 These Terms, together with our Policies, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
20.4 We review all refund and other requests and decide each case on its own merits. If we find that someone is abusing the Service or our Policies, we may suspend or close the accounts involved and report it to the relevant authorities.
