Ming-Shi Healing Sleep Concert

This is China’s first professional immersive healing music ensemble, blending piano, electronic music, and traditional folk elements. Bringing together experts in the field of music therapy, the group utilizes a diverse, cross-genre musical palette to craft a unique space for stress relief. Their mission is to curate live musical experiences designed to help audiences unwind, improve sleep, and find inner healing. What makes this concert truly special is its structure: it unfolds as a journey through seven distinct dreamscapes—seven unique scenes. The program flows from "Summer Wilds" and "Rain-Inspired Thoughts" to "Solitude" and "Drifting with Time," continuing through "Mountain Stream" and "Cherishing Connections," before culminating in "Aspirations." The music begins by ushering you into a dream, guiding you deeper, and finally leading you gently back to wakefulness. These seven pieces, composed for deep sleep, will help you transition, step by step, from a state of alertness into a peaceful slumber. The venue features both "lying-down" and "seated" areas. Equipped with mattresses, pillows, and eye masks, the space invites the audience to settle in as comfortably as possible—finally making the dream of "listening to music while lying down" a reality.
